Does all region, state and area require license to work as a security guard? If so, How to obtain a security license in that particular area? Does licensing needs to undergo any Security guard training? If so, what kind of training should undergo?

Handcuffing and baton training is also good to have.

That is great if you are gun shoot trainer. It is very important to determine the purpose of training and certification.
