Here in Ontario with the upgraded PSISA has seen nothing really in the betterment of contract security as a whole. Training in many cases is a farce. Pay scales are a joke. Private security entering into the realm of policing can very much be a double edged sword. Doing the work of police constables or municipal enforcement officers for minimum wage and facing an agitated public. Won't be me doing it.

Here in Hamilton, ON, Commissionaires are contracted to cover some parking enforcement. They are paid at about $12/hr compared to regular enforcement officers getting near triple that.

Some security guards need to give there heads a shake. Fight for (much) better wages first! Start working towards pushing the security industry into a more professional level.

I am finding reliable policy of security or tracking feature.

I would gladly take on some duties to go after scofflaws in traffic, illegal turns  or parking.
