Pepper spray (OC) is an inflammatory agent.
According to the Firearms Act of 1995 pepper spray is prohibited and illegal within Canada. Any device or substance such as pepper spray or mace that is designed to be used for the purpose of injuring, immobilizing or otherwise incapacitating a person is prohibited according to the Criminal Code of Canada.
HS1 substance ingredient will not injure, immobilize or incapacitate a person. HS1 ingredients will cause eye irritation for only a temporary amount of time. Milk is an instant antidote for removal of ingredient from the human eyes.

Irritation of the human eyes will not prevent the normal function of the eyes (eyes will still function being irritated). Irritation of the human eyes will not affect the movement of any body part, limb or joint. Irritation of the human eyes will not cause eye or bodily injury.
Causing irritation of the human eyes of a violent attacker will break off the attack, allowing the victim to escape. The HS1 ingredient will not affect any bystanders.
This product should only be used for protection against violent attacks. Will cause irritation, Keep away from children. Antidote for eyes: milk, olive oil and water as a last resort.
